"NOW SHOWING AT A WINDOW NEAR YOU"  was completed in 2012. This contemporary work is an original. The artist David Myers talks about his painting - " The painting is of a utopian landscape, the mesh fabric covering reinforces the idea of looking through a window. No brushmarks can be seen as the entire piece was painted with toothpicks - a technique I taught myself. The painting took me approximately 40 hours to complete. It is done using enamel, acrylic and silver foil on a solid canvas coverered with mesh.
